Terms of Service & Commercial License

By purchasing or downloading material from this store you agree to these terms. They cover how the artwork may be used, how orders are delivered, and when a refund is (and is not) available.

1. Commercial Use License

Every bundle — paid or free — includes a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive commercial use license for the artwork inside it.

Permitted:

Placing the artwork on physical merchandise you sell: apparel, stickers, phone cases, mugs, prints, packaging.
Using the artwork in digital products and marketing: social posts, stream overlays, Twitch panels, thumbnails, ads, logos and client work.
Cropping, recolouring and otherwise editing the artwork to fit your design.

Not permitted:

Reselling, sub-licensing, sharing or redistributing the raw files as-is.
Repackaging individual assets into a competing clipart pack, template bundle or stock-art subscription.
Claiming the unmodified artwork as your own authorship where attribution is legally required.

Plain version: make and sell products with the art — don't resell the art files themselves.

2. Delivery

Payment runs through Stripe. Your secure download link is generated the moment payment completes and is shown on your order page — there is no physical shipment and no waiting period. The link stays valid for one hour and can be refreshed from your order page if you need longer to download.

3. Refund Policy

No refunds once the package has been delivered. These are digital goods: as long as the package has been delivered to your order page, the sale is final and no refund is issued.

Delivery problems are handled separately from refunds. If your link expires before you collect your files, or an archive arrives corrupted or incomplete, email support within 14 days of purchase with your order email and the SKU and we will re-deliver working files.

4. Intellectual Property

The artwork remains the intellectual property of Wild Bill Clipart Vault. The license above is what you receive; ownership is not transferred. Scraping, bulk downloading or mirroring the storefront is not permitted.
