What to include

Order email — the address you used at checkout (Stripe receipts go there).
Bundle SKU — shown on the product page and in your receipt, e.g. GP-01.
What happened — expired link, corrupted archive, wrong file, billing question.

Link expired? Download links are valid for one hour and can be refreshed from your order page — reopen the link in your Stripe receipt.
Formats, licensing, refunds? Covered on the FAQ and the terms & refund policy.
Free pack missing? Re-request it from the free starter pack page — no card needed.

For corrupted or incomplete archives, include the SKU and we will re-deliver working files. See the refund policy for how delivery issues are handled.
