This store sells digital download products. We collect the minimum needed to take payment, deliver files, and answer support requests — nothing more.
1. What we collect
- Order details — your email address, the bundle you bought, the amount and the order status. Payment card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Free pack sign-ups — the email address you give us to receive the free starter pack.
- Support messages — whatever you send to our support address, kept so we can resolve your request.
- Technical logs — IP address, user agent and requested paths, handled by Cloudflare for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention.
2. How it is used
- To deliver your download links and order history.
- To answer support and re-delivery requests.
- To send occasional product updates if you signed up for them — unsubscribe any time and we will not email again.
- To detect fraud, abuse and bot traffic.
3. Analytics & cookies
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics plus Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics to understand which pages and bundles people visit. These are cookie-light page analytics, not advertising profiles. We do not run retargeting pixels or sell behavioural data.
4. Third parties
- Stripe — payment processing (see Stripe's own privacy policy for card data handling).
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, security and analytics.
- Google — analytics and search indexing.
5. Data retention & your choices
Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, accounting and support. You can request a copy or deletion of your email address and order history at any time by writing to wildbills1977@gmail.com; legal accounting records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
